Gaining the skills and self-compassion to guide your way through challenging emotions and experiences can be life changing. I believe it is so important to speak our feelings honestly, especially the ones that hold shame for us, with those we feel safe to do so around. There's no greater antidote for shame than hearing someone else say, "me too."
I will absolutely be that person for you. I show up for my clients in the way I would want someone showing up for me- free of judgment, warm and empathetic, understanding of your feelings, skillful, and genuinely open, curious, and interested in building a strong therapeutic connection with you.
Our sessions will be a safe, supportive space where you can speak freely, process your innermost feelings, and trust that you will be met with empathy, honesty, and compassion.

So many of us have internalized messages that make us believe we're not good enough, that we don't matter, or worse yet, that we're unlovable. We live with an inner critic that is bullying us every chance it gets and holding us back from becoming the best we can be.
My inner critic followed me around for years calling me names and making me feel less than until I learned, through my own healing work, that I could change the way I spoke to myself and, in turn, the way I felt about myself.
Changing my thoughts empowered me to change my life and I want to help you to do the same!
Fees
Individual counseling sessions are a private pay rate of $150 per session.
Accepted insurance networks include Optum, United Healthcare, Cigna, Aetna, and Meritain.
*Insurance rates will vary based on your specific plan and coverage.
